Details
While the name of the .app and the dock icon is just "Thunderbird", the OS X application menu (top left of the screen when Thunderbird is running and active) says "Mozilla Thunderbird". Even if this is the official name of the application, it should just say "Thunderbird" here. This will be shorter, and jive with the way Firefox does it.

CFBundleName needs to be changed in the binary (eww) InfoPlist.strings? Should NSHumanReadableCopyright be sync'ed with the firefox string?
