We have programmed our Web site for browsers used by 90% of the population. Unfortunately that, by definition, means that we will disappoint the other 10%. The versions of Netscape that our Web site will work with are: version 4.0, 5.0 and 7.0. It will not support Netscape version 6.0. Because mozilla phoenix is an open ended (or source) browser you will not be able to order from our Web site now or in the future. We regret being unable to accommodate you in this regard. Actual Results: Connection times out. Expected Results: Worked and not timed out.
Summary: Site does not support mozilla products. Customer support claims however that Netscape 7 is supported. → leevalley.com - Netscape 7 supported but Mozilla unsupported
I can accomplish the STR above now without a timeout. Looks like they fixed this.
