Details

Using today's optimized commercial build (only tested on Linux), the client
fails to display any posting containing an emoticon. There is no indication that
a post was even received, it is just dropped wholesale, with a message to the
console: "Error routing event: TypeError: emoticon.search is not a function in
onPrivmsg"  This happens in private messages as well as channels.  Setting
severity to critical due to data loss.
This is most-likely caused by bug #22048
