When you click the options button on an extenstion, the wrong extension's
options (or information box) can be opened:

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the extenstion manager when more than one extension is installed.
2. Highlight one extenstion.
3. Click the options button on an extenstion that is not highlighted.
Actual Results:  
The options dialog box opens for the highlighted extension, not the extension
that was clicked.

Expected Results:  
The extenstion that was clicked should become highlighted, and the options
dialog should open for this extenstion.
