247709 - extenstion manager opens wrong extension config

If one extension is highlighted in the extension manager dialog, and the config
button for a different extension is clicked, the config for the selected
extension is opened (instead of the config for the extension that you actually
clicked on). 

Sometimes this results in the opened config dialog being completely unresponsive. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
0. Open firefox (make sure at least two extensions are installed)
1. Open extension manager
2. Select one extension
3. Click on the config button for a non-selected extension
4. observe that the config box for the selected extension was opened, not the
one that you clicked the config button for. 


Actual Results:  
incorrect extension config dialog is displayed. Sometimes it is completely
non-responsive. 

Expected Results:  
Opened the config dialog for the extension whose config button was clicked.
