247787 - Add eDonkey2000 (ED2K) links for file downloads (and serve the files)

Description

We now have BitTorrent torrents for Mozilla (still not Firefox, Thunderbird and
other products).

We should also have eDonkey links (ED2K) so we could simply download products
with very popular software like eMule, eDonkey2000, Overnet, Shareaza and others.

A basic link for Mozilla 1.7 Windows installer looks like this:

It would also be very nice if Mozilla server (and mirrors) could also serve the
files over this network to make downloads even faster.

ED2K_Hash could be used to create the needed ED2K links.
It's a opensource commandline tool for Windows , Linux and MacOS X.

I don't see this ever happening, as it would be difficult to make sure the files served via P2P are actually valid builds from Mozilla.
