User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040616 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040616 How many f***ing years do we have to wait for you guys to focus on this IMPORTANT feature instead of the other cosmetic ****? You can't edit the Server Type once an account is set up, nor can you change the SMTP per account. I'm suspecting some kind of brain damage at Mozilla.org--are you guys retarded or what? Is it a complete lack of understanding of how easy Outlook Express is compared to Mozilla/Netscape account management? Sorry to poop on your parade, but for chrysfugginshakes get this sh** fixed. I have been waiting for f***ing YEARS to see if you guys will ever get this fixed and now, thinking that SURELY you would have done so, IT STILL ISN'T FIXED. I'm going back to Outlook Express until you guys pull your heads out. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. After setting up an account, no change can be made to the Server Type 2. Can't configure incoming/outgoing server settings per account 3. The application team didn't use Outlook Express to see how to do this easily. Actual Results: I got extremely **** off after waiting and waiting for f***ing YEARS of Mozilla and Netscape f***ups and ignoring this, and finally had to write in and rant. Expected Results: 1. Go install Outlook Express and see how easy it is to manage accounts. 2. Gut the current account manager in Netscape/Mozilla and start over. 3. Don't bother replying to me with obsequious and moralizing emails that excuse this sorry-a$$ piece of programming. Start over and get this fixed for crying out loud. Do you think I want to use Outlook forever, waiting for you guys to get it right? Why do you think people continue to use Outlook? I will continue to use Outlook Express for the next 10 years if I have to, waiting for you fools and tools to get this right.
> 2. Can't configure incoming/outgoing server settings per account You can configure your outgoing server. Somehow I don't feel like I want to explain to you how this works. Incoming is a dupe of 129055. Please use the Mailclient you like most and stop filing useless and insulting bug reports. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 129055 ***

please put down the crack pipe, and nobody will get hurt.
Thanks guys for at least reading my bug report, and responding! I didn't think you guys would respond, and holy chryzler batman you guys sent me an email, like getting something from Santa Claus! I'm so unworthy! Anyway... I broke down and installed the Mozilla Thunderbird ( Codename: Mathatma Thunderfug ) email client on my windoze box and it's functional, but still fugged as fug to set up smtp and other settings. Really poor interface design. Microsoft has you guys beat, Outlook Express is solid, over and done. Looking at the bug list and the number of problems with the Mozilla email machine it looks clear to me a re-write is in order. Have a great summer you fuggers, and thanks for at the very least reading my emails ( I'm so not worthy ) and noting that the problem was identified before--but for some unknown reason the problem wasn't fixed! It remains a mystery that this paltry excuse of programming is persisting. Go Go Go for the rewrite, and you'll make all of us a lot happier! Later! -DG- PS I do not do crack, yikes, that's just wrong man, just just wrong!
