Whenever I try pressing the right [ALT] key and "Q" together the QA (Prechechin Tests...) pops up, pressing [ALT] and "E" pops up "Edit" instead of writing an "?"-sign. Tested on Win2000, build 2000012116, German keyboard layout (english did not work too).
This is a DUPLICATE of bug 9333, "[PP][key] Win32 - AltGR key activates menu", ASSIGNED, M15, PDT+. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 9333 ***
