247860 - Background images can't be saved from Page Info

When I try to save a background image from the 'Page Info' window, nothing
happens. Other images save with no problems.

In theory the image can be saved by using 'View Background Image' and then
saving it from there, but with some table backgrounds that menu option doesn't
appear.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a page with a background image
2. Go to 'Page Info', select 'Media', pick the background image, select 'Save As'.

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
I should have been able to save the image.
