When clicking a link in Chatzilla (0.9.64a [Mozilla rv:1.7/20040614]; Firefox
0.9), the following error is printed into the channel window (not broadcasted to
channel):
[ERROR]	Internal error dispatching command “goto-url-newwin”.
[ERROR]	ReferenceError: getBrowserURL is not defined @ \
<chrome://chatzilla/content/lib/js/utils.js> 460

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a url be copied in an IRC channel
2. Right click the link to open a context menu
3. Select "Open Link in New Window" from the context menu
