User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9

Opening the 'Compose Mail' screen in GMail causes a horizontal scroll-bar to
appear, although the site atomaticaly resizes to fit horizontally.

It works in IE (urgh...)

I have seen this occur in other pages, though I can't remember any right now.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a GMail account :)
2. Log-in
3. Go to the 'Compose Mail' screen

Actual Results:
A horizontal scroll-bar appeared, apparently to scroll to the space under the
vertical one (which is always necessary, see the page).

Expected Results:
Re-flow the contents after noticing the vertical scroll-bar is necessary. The
site should 'always fit' horizontaly.
This does happen with both the default theme from Firefox 0.9, and with Mostly
Crystal 1.0 (though I'm not sure it matters).
This is in Mozilla and Firefox both, so I'm moving to "browser" product, but not
confirming because I'm NOT going to take the time to debug that JS interface for
a test case, sorry. :)

Perhaps the patch in bug 252771 fixes this one too?

WFM in .8

This is probably a complete dupe of 252711. Reporter, please see the testcase in
that bug and see if the same problem occurs.

*** Bug 259017 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
I had reported same thing in bug 259017, the testcase in bug 252771 does appear
to have the same effect, that one shows as resolved though and this just started
happening for me when I upgraded to FireFox 1.0PR from 0.9, i presume that means
whatever fix that bug has, has not been implimented yet then?
