While using the "guess" function the stop button don't
work after the host is resolved.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. type netscape for example in the locationbar and watch the "Stop" button

Actual Results:
after the host is resolved the "Stop" button don't work while the page is loaded
Expected Results:
Enabled the "Stop" button while loading.
