This happens in every site visited and after a mouse click occurs over the web site text. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any web site. 2. Click over any text. Actual Results: A blinking cursos shows-up Expected Results: In Mozilla, IE and Opera, no cursor appears.
that is Caret browsing I believe. F7 toggles it.
Reopen if F7 doesn't turn it off.
