Bugzilla uses email addresses everywhere to identify people. This makes sense
for input, but there are the following problems:
- In my case, it's relatively easy to guess, that ben.bucksch@uumail.de and
  mozilla@bucksch.org are owned by the same person, but it is not always so
  easy.
- Sometimes, it's useful to directly address a certain person and
  py8ieh=bugzilla@bath.ac.uk doesn't sound nice.

At least, use the realname in the header for comments, e.g.
------- Ben Bucksch <mozilla@bucksch.org>  1999-10-12 16:36 -------
Yeah, I was thinking about doing this. I probably will do it. But I need to
put off doing it until I decide my new experimental email notification stuff is
cooked and ready and I turn off the old stuff. Why? Well, it turns out that if
I add the realnames, the old stuff will spam the entire world about all the old
entries changing in every bug. Sad but true.

Priority: P3 → P2
Also relevant is the migration of the various webtools to LDAP which I'm
starting work on. For bugzilla, of course, LDAP will only be an option, but
it's worth keeping in mind.
Depends on: 34118
tara@tequilarista.org is the new owner of Bugzilla and Bonsai. (For details,
