Download manager shortcut is in Firefox 0.9 CTRL+Y, in FF 0.8 it's on CTRL+E.
Change it back or at least allow to close DM by pressing CTRL+Y again when opened.

USABILITY: CTRL+Y shortcut is very bad as one _can not_ close it by one hand,
two hands are required, this is going against usability and it's really wrong
way to go.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. CTRL+Y (opens)
2. CTRL+Y (DOES NOT close)

Actual Results:  
download manager stays open

Expected Results:  
either: pressing CTRL+Y again closes download manager

better: **** CTRL+E to download manager as in Firefox 0.8
