When the Fire Fox icon is clicked, it appears that it is going to open. It 
doesn't but when doing ctl-alt-del it is shown as a running program.

Doesn't open.


Problem occurred after installing some extentions.
Blocks: 248125
Extensions are known to corrupt your profile and make it inaccessible. Close the
Firefox process and then create a new profile.

Replace "-P" with "-ProfileManager" on the advice given on that page.

What's status on this one? Invalid/wontfix? Not marked yet.
How about WORKSFORME?
Since the Reporter hasn't responded with any more information I'll close this as
WORKSFORME as suggested in comment 3. I suspect it got fixed in Firefox 0.9.1
which was released a week after this bug was filed.

Reporter, if you can provide steps to reproduce this problem with a recent
version then please feel free to reopen.

I uninstalled Firefox. Ran a registry cleaner to remove any other files. Then 
reinstalled Firefox. The prog works great. This time, though, I didn't install 
any extentions. I believe that my problem was one of them.
