It would be good for overall polish to remedy this. Attached will be a patch for the Mozilla Suite (converted from a proposed patch for Firefox). It would be extremely beneficial if this could be pulled into the Suite (thus getting into the toolkit) so that it could then be accepted into Firefox. Currently the patch for Firefox was rejected due to dependancy on the toolkit. But in reality this is the only spot where it makes sense to implement a tooltip. This may need some modifying, but at first glance this is all that should be necessary.
