I can't send word attachements  the person I am sending it to says they can't
read it because it is all in wierd code or they don't receive it at all.  They
get a message with no attachemnt.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open mail window, write message
2.  add attachment
3 [review].  Send attachmnet

Actual Results:  
I get an message taht says thunderbird could send the message but can't copy it
to the sent folder would you like to return to the compose window

Dupe of bug 221811?  Getting the mail via an Exchange server?

Or maybe a dupe of bug 236239?  If the recipient views-source of the message, do 
they see the attachment given a type of "appledouble"?
