In the Internet Explorer (IE), it shows all ICONS with faces, etc. Inside the message area, it shows the blue line on left side. It already give you a few new line above to allow you to type in without hitting the enter for new line. While using Mozilla, NOTHING like that. WHY? Please help and fix the problem ASAP. Thank you!
