I get "ecurity Alerts" every time I go to an unsecured URL., although I NEVER chech the box "Always tell me about this"

When I go to an unsecured place, a window ALWAYS pops up, asking me if I want to
proceed. I don't want it to keep doing that!

If I don't check the box that says "Alert me," then don't keep alerting me
Reporter, please type about:config in the URL bar and then enter security.warn
in the filter bar. What values have the showed preferences?

unable to reproduce with the latest branch and trunk builds on windows.
