I have multiple email accounts (16 in total) with different mail servers and I
have to re-type the password all the times. In particular, 3 accounts in the
freeola.net

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mail & News 
2. Type in passwords for 3 accounts
3. re-type again after a minutes or sometime a couple of seconds

Actual Results:  
re-type password again and again, sometime in between while I am entering the
password in the web browser. It is causing major problems for me using mozilla.

Expected Results:  
Remember the email passwords.
It was working in the 1.7R2 and 1.7R1, why is it now changed.

Preferences->Privacy & Security->Passwords:

is "Remember passwords" checked?

If yes: Please also check the password manager (Tools->Password Manager->Manage
Stored Passwords) and make sure the relevant sites aren't listed under the tab
for "Passwords never saved"
