At Runescape.com, when you follow the steps to log in and load the Java Class
loader (Click "Play Game", then choose detail level, then select server
"World").  After clicking on the server world the class loader should come
up--or at least the link to download the Flash Plug-in.  But nothing happens.  I
have reproduced this on Macs and PCs, in both the latest Firefox and Mozilla. 
This worked properly in the previous versions.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load http://runescape.com
2. Click on "Play Game" 
3. Select Detail Level (A particular selection doesn't matter)
4. Select Server "World" (again, particular election is unimportant)

Actual Results:  
Nothing, browser doesn't continue to load the Java Class Loader or prompt for
the Flash Plug-in

Expected Results:  
Prompt to install the Flash Plug-in or beging loading the Java Class Loader
Disable javascript and the site appears to work.

Moving to Tech Evangelism unless someone can show that there's actually a
Mozilla bug involved.

This is likely wfm based on the number of runescape bugs we have filed now and
bug 248549 is fixed. Also see bug 285069 bug 256763 and bug 264286

Looks like this was reported on FF 0.9 and nobody can reproduce on latest, so I'd say to close it.
Runescape uses the Java plugin, not flash.
