User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040624 Email messages with emoticons are not displayed properly when the emoticons should be displayed as graphics. Non-graphical emoticon display works fine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Edit->Preferences->Mail & Newsgroups->Message Display and enable "Display emoticons as graphics". 2. Send an email message to yourself with an emoticon. The ones I've tried are: :) :( :-) :-( 3. View the message. Actual Results: Graphical emoticons are blank. The spacing of the message is preserved. Expected Results: Displayed graphical emoticons. Emoticons were fine before 1.7 was released...
Emoticons are now themable, but the theme has to be updated to one that supports this feature.
