User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040615 Firefox/0.9
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040615 Firefox/0.9
This build of Firefox seems extremely unstable. I cannot seem to go a single day
without Firefox crashing(and therefore loosing all of my tabs). For many sites,
Firefox crashes while loading. On other sites such as www.linuxgames.org,
Firefox crashes only when one attempts to scroll. The crashes are consistent. I
do not know what is different about the sites that cause the crashing but
Firefox will ALWAYS crash on the same sites it has crashed on before and some of
these sites seem simple in design.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a site like www.linuxgames.org.
2.If at the site above, scroll down a considerable distance then scroll back up.
3.Or, on some site simply load the site and wait for the crash.
Actual Results:
Segmentation Fault
Expected Results:
I'd expect to be able to view the sites.

http://linuxgames.org/ currently is a parked domain. Do you mean
http://linuxgames.com/? In that case, that site works for me and doesn't produce
a crash. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040624
Firefox/0.9 (0.9.1 branch)
Then again, I'm using Windows XP.
Yes, I meant linuxgames.com. I have a friend running Linux(same kernel version,
different distro) who claims the page works for him as well. I'm not quite sure
what causes this behavior in firefox but it is greatly annoying but it is worth
noting that the version of libstdc++ installed was built by GCC 3.4.0 which may
have generated incompatible code since it's untested.

Mine always crashes at:
https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/hosting/landing.asp?isc=&se=%2B&from%5Fapp=&prog%5Fid=GoDaddy&rhl=hp%5Fot%5Fhst%5Fimg%5Fbest
the frontpage (godaddy.com) works fine, but as soon as I click on the hosting
offer to the right, it goes kaboom :)
I've found that my problems with Firefox's crashing were related entirely to
fonts. I removed my helvetica font and now firefox is completely solid(Though
ImageMagick's display won't run because of the missing font).
