248692 - Cannot create folder as sub folder of existing folder using UW IMAP server

Build Identifier: Mozilla Thunderbird version 0.7 (20040616)

I have the following folders:

   New/incoming
   Old/read
   Old/unread
   Spam

When I attempt to create a new subfolder, the only parent folders I can select 
are imap.server.com and Spam.  Old and New are not options for the parent 
folder.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup folders as shown in details using some other MUA
2. Start Thunderbird accessing IMAP server
3. Repeat details listed above

Actual Results:  
Unable to create subfolders of Old and New folders.

Expected Results:  
It should have listed Old and New as options for parent folder, but not Spam 
because UW IMAP servers do not support folders that can contain both sub 
folders and messages.

build 20041206 does exactly the same with dovecot IMAP server.

It shows all mail folders as grayed out, but doesn't show any folders that CAN 
have subfolders.

This only appears to be a problem when the servers folders can only be mail OR 
folders.
With exchange via IMAP, it works fine.
