Pretty much explanatory. Firefox renders the on-line form in a way that 
there's overlapping text everywhere, very garbled. IE renders correctly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the web page.
2. Scroll down to look at results

Actual Results:  
Web page looks screwy.

Expected Results:  
Displayed page properly, like IE.

Actually, IE has a bug in its rendering of the CSS "height" property (it ignores
it, more or less) and the page is relying on this bug -- it's setting heights on
elements that are far too small for the content of those elements.

Mozilla's rendering is correct given the markup on the page.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
