No problem with loading the page when I use Firefox 0.10.1 rv 1.7.3 build
20041006 or Mozilla 1.8a5 build 2004101206 under XP Pro SP2 here.

Note that the page is severely *badly* coded:
47 font tags, 83 nested tables and some are heavily, deeply nested, <center> and
<nobr> often encountered, improper nestings, etc.; 153 validation errors reported
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.anope.org%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&ss=1&verbose=1
