Overview Description: Cannot close Security Advisor

Steps to Reproduce: 
1) Open Tasks, and Security Advisor
2) Try to close it.

Actual Results: There is no way to close it short of Ctrl-C.

Expected Results: A close button in the window, and also a square in the upper 
left to close the window.

the unix cartman was never updated.  asking cyeh to update.  
cyeh is updating the linux binaries.  Fix should go in tomorrow.
