When trying to start up Venkman 0.9.79 under Firefox 0.9 or 0.9.1 running under
Windows XP, the debugger window comes up blank.  There are no menus, controls,
frames, or anything outside of the title on the window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Invoke Venkman using either -venkman as a parameter to firefox.exe


Actual Results:  
Window entitled "JavaScript Debugger" shows up but entirely blank.  No menus,
controls frames, nor anything else outside of the title on the window.

Expected Results:  
Started up Venkman with everything drawn...
