Click Send button Actual Results: Error messages appeared After clicking on the OK button the error dialogues cleared and the Compose window was ready to send another message No mail was delivered to the recipient Expected Results: Mail should have been delivered with the attachments intact and no error dialogues should have appeared

confirming with win32 version 1.0+ (20050711)

In my recent build from the trunk, version 3 alpha 1 (20060811), this appears to be fixed. Here are some additional steps we discovered to replicate the issue on a 1.02 build: Forward a message that contains an embedded image attachment from an IMAP sub-folder that contains a space in the folder name ("Product Development"), and you will get the error described. Removing the space from the sub-folder name ("ProductDevelopment") fixes the problem.

Is this fixed in 1.5/2.0? That would help narrow down what the fix was. I'm wondering if some of the work I did for handling .eml attachments might have fixed this as a side effect... marking fixed since it's fixed on the trunk.

also, is this forward as attachment or forward inline?

David, I have not been able to reproduce the problem in 1.5.0.2. It appears to happen only when forwarding inline, not when forwarding as attachment.

ack, if the fix was pre 1.5, then it's harder for me to find - but I'll give it a shot.
