I got a forum to fill out. I filled it out the best I could and it told me it was connecting me to a representative. Did you get that far? BTW To enable java Edit-> Pref. -> Adv. -> Enable Java. Also you should see a Java plugin in about:plugins(Help-> About Plugins). If you don't have Java, goto http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/windows.html#Java.
