In some pages the javascript is not executed correctly, nothing is executed

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Connect to www.cei.cl
2.Click in the links(the links that uses javascript) in the left menu
Actual Results:  
Nothing happen

Expected Results:  
It should appear a submenu. 
I don´t know if this problem is because the coding of the javascript , but is
really bad have to use Microsoft Internet Explorer to see some pages

The javascript on this page is out of date, it only checks for compatibility
with IE and Netscape 4 (using document.all and document.layers).  -> Tech Evangelism

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
