Weekday names are present in both global.dtd and prefs.dtd.
The prefs.dtd names are used only for the weekstart pref in viewPref.xul,
so these can be replaced with weekday names from global.dtd

Attachment: locales/*/prefs.dtd patch: remove pref.weekstarts.*day

Remove 7 entities for day names pref.weekstarts.sunday --
pref.weekstarts.saturday
viewPrefs.xul was only place where these were used, but they duplicated
entities in global.dtd.  Now viewPrefs.xul uses globals.dtd, so these are no
longer needed.

Tested on FF0.9.1, Sunbird20040701.  Day names still appear in preference |
view |	"First Day of the week" drop down.
