I have a very large number bookmarks (a few hundred, hierarchical. When I type in the bookmark tab
search field, after typing a character the application exits with a crash.
using Firefox nightly 2003-06-30 for OS X -- 10.3.4
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open bookmarks tab
2. type a character into search field (you may need a lot of bookmarks)
3. crash
Actual Results:
Program exits with crash.
Expected Results:
Search the bookmarks.

Did you file a Talkback report? If so, could you please post the Talkback ID?
I also experience this bug. Steps to reproduce are the same as for Jason.
However, I have less bookmarks - only about 50 in total at the moment in a flat
hierarchy (only one folder, no folders within folders). This is a serious bug. I
voted for it, since I hope this way it will get more attention.

This seems to heavily impact Firefox and SeaMonkey users who deleted or never
had their imported IE favorites folder. There are existing bugs on this.
