At the end of a download a Downloads Complete notification appears briefly at
the right hand lower corner of the window with a text saying : 'All files
finished downloading' - but that text is in blue and underlined like a link,
whereas if you click on it, it goes nowhere!

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:  
Maybe not show the text looking as a link - or if it does (which I will prefer,
because it was my first reaction to click on that text) then when I click on it,
it should open the download window.

The text is blue and underlined and when I click on it it goes nowhere...

I don't know if it is compliant with the spec to be able to click on
notification (they last for a short time) but for sure this was my first action
to 'see' the donloaded file - click on the text!

This has been already fixed and should appear in Firefox 0.9.
