Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.load the attachment and wait it will eat up 100% CPU 2. 3. Actual Results: Mozilla eat up 100% CPU and almost halt. Expected Results: Normal CPU usage and not halt.
Please check on this is the code that caused 100% CPU utilization.

I can't reproduce this with a recent FF build. The page is just a large number of marquees in a table. There don't appear to be any user scripts. CPU usage hovers around 20% on my 2 GHz laptop. That seems pretty good for around 70 marquees.
