I've added too many to be able to pinpoint the sites, so it's probably useless
to enter the bug.
ALL passwords DO NOT import.
There isn't any way to tell what did or didn't import until you hit a site that
requires a password and it isn't there.  


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install firefox
2.import passwords
3.visit every site where you think you have a password

Actual Results:  
Enter your login information all over again for each site
