Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the tab, we have an icon in front of the title of that page.
2. Reload it. And the icon should change to the one like throbber.
3. Double clicking it.
4. New Tab is created.

I wonder why this happens on Windows but not on Mac.

don't know about that, but this is WFM
