Steps to reproduce:
- import a LDIF file
- delete the imported address book
- import the same LDIF file again

Now there are now entries shown in the imported addressbook. Seems like you hava 
to restart Mozilla to import it again.

It doesn't seem like this needs to be fixed immediately if it works the first time.

BTW, this bug was reported in January.  Does it still happen?
