other problem similar i have seen:

The firs Menu "Empresas del Grupo" shows but cannot be clicked any submenu.

This site:

appears to use document.all or document.layers.  it doesn't use the w3c standard
DOM API that mozilla supports.

As for:

  http://www.grupocimd.com/grupocimdnew/home.asp

That's totally unrelated.  It's a separate problem AFAICT.  The second URL
should probably be filed as a separate bug.  Let's focus on the first URL for
this bug.

Maybe there is a general DOM evangelism bug for document.all/layers usage?
