Could not enter data in "payment field" in https://www.eposasp.com/ebpp/Bill.aspx

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Signup for a course at San Francisco State University
2. Attempt to pay online, which goes to https://www.eposasp.com/ebpp/Login.aspx 
3. After logging on received https://www.eposasp.com/ebpp/Bill.aspx (or the
equivalent before I paid in IE)

Actual Results:  
Could not enter the payment amount. 

Expected Results:  
Accept entry of data

Attempted to enter the data a few times, then tried IE. IE accepted the data,
but now I don't have a balance due so I cannot reproduce the problem.  An .aspx
problem?

Firefox 1.0.2 ?

This bug was last touched before 1.0.4. Is it still reproducable?
