I have a message which has an HML gretting page attached to it (was send using Send Page). When I reply to this 
message, the original body including the gretting page is correctly quoted but when I try to send it, it failed with 
the error "Attachment error". I will attach the original message to this bug report.

Using build 2000-03-02-09 on Win and linux and -08 on Mac this is specific 
scenario is fixed.  I used the message supplied in this bug and Replied to it 
and the message was sent with no error.  However, viewing a reply to this 
message using linux shows as raw html but viewing message replied using win and 
mac are ok.  Will log a new bug for the linux problem.  Verified
