Set about:blank as the home page.
Have only one tab open.
Click on the Home button.
The toolbar with the home button back.forward arrows etc duplicates itself

I managed to trigger much the same bug a second time:  This time, having browsed
to a site, I changed the Theme from the default to the "modern" theme, and then
clicked on the Home button.  The complete home button bar duplicated itself.  On
quitting and restarting Firefox, the bug was no longer reproducible.  DN

OK, I can reproduce it now, every time. It appears to be a Theme problem. 
Here's the process:
1. Open Firefox
2. Via tools>themes change the theme (eg from default to modern, or the reverse)
3. Mouse over the Home button.

Result: the home button bar duplicates itself.
On restart the duplicate has disappeared, and will return only when I change
themes again.

(FWIW, I also have Holger Metzger's Netscape 7.1 Compact installed, and I
imported bookmarks etc from there.) DN
