When replying to a message in Thunderbird, I seem to not have the ability to
start  a reply to my co-worker's email above the quoted text.  It always puts it
at the bottom.   Unless Thunderbird has some way to expand and collapse the
quoted text, this makes for a lot of scrolling.

I hope this isn't a return of the Mozilla elitists that we all experienced at
the beginning during the pre-1.0 timeframe.  This bug is obviously required to
be fixed by the business community and we won't use Thunderbird until we have
this option.
