wfm on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a2) Gecko/20040704. MAC specific? Reporter, just to make sure: what do you mean with "type www.nytimes.com in search url line". Is that the address bar?

Summary: When accessing nytimes.com, Mozilla consistently "unexpectedly quits". → nytimes.com - Mozilla consistently "unexpectedly quits".
I can't say I agree with putting a crash bug of unknown origin in Evangelism. Meanwhile, I use nytimes.com regularly and it never crashes Moz Mac. Pamela, when Mozilla crashes does Talkback appear and ask you to send a report to Netscape? Or how about the little box asking to send a report to Apple? Without crash log info from one or both of those sources, there's nothing we can do to figure this out.
