I think the most important thing to add in is some sort of centralized
management for large installls. Something like a "global-config' file placed in
the program directory.

Can you imagine having to change options for 50 users? A user.js file isn't
gonna do it, along with random profile directories in the mix.

I know I can setup the defualt options, but this provides me with no way of
changing them later on.

I currently deploy Firefix via an MSI package with Microsoft Active Directory
Software Policies, and have a costumozed defualt prefs file.

I opened up a similair bug for Thunderbird.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
it exists, the documentation sucks, unfortunately.

if you look at bug 241534 it does have various links that'll help you figure
this out yourself, since the documentation stuff is going to wait until the last
month before 1.0, since my time up until them is dominated by actual coding bugs.

Incidentally, if you have a set of instructions for creating XPIs, would you
care to put those in bug 231062? (as an attachment or comment, either one is fine :)
