Sorry for my bad english.
Starting with www.google.de I typed the following search string:
"ACK PSH URGP=0" samba
I pressed Return-Button and after a little time "nothing" the x-session
was crashing. I tried again and again, every time the same result. But this
doesn't "work" with every search string. I changed 'samba' to 'samb' and to
'12345'. This works fine -> "only" search results.
It also works fine with
-Mozilla 1.6/Linux and www.google.de
-Mozilla 1.7/Windows and www.google.de
-Mozilla 1.7/Linux and www.google.com


my system
-Mozilla 1.7/Linux (mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-1.7-installer.tar.gz)
 installed with
     - Navigator
     - Mails & News
     - Personal Security Manager
-some plugins from a former mozilla version 1.6 (I think)
     - rpnp.so (Real Player)
     - libflashplayer.so (Shockwave Flash 6.0 r81)

-Debian 3.0 (but it is up to date with all packages)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.www.google.de
2."ACK PSH URGP=0" samba
3.hit <Return>

Actual Results:  
X-Session was crashing

Expected Results:  
present some search results

I can't reproduce this, on FC2. If X is crashing for you, as opposed to mozilla,
you should open a debian bug report on their X packages.

Sorry, I have forgotten an (maybe) important detail:
I use our  proxy-server (proxy.uni-duisburg.de at port 80).
Without using proxy mozilla (and X) do not crash.
If I activate my proxy preferences and do the discribed things - X dies.

If X crashes, its a bug in X. It may be possible for mozilla to work arround it
in some way, but its still a bug in X.
