Sometimes when I close Firefox I get this error:

'The instruction at "0x028af92e" referenced memory at "0x0015e56c". The memory
could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.'

I have uninstalled Firefox and re-installed it, but still have the same problem.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close Firefox ... thats it! ;)

Actual Results:  
I received a popup window with the above listed error.

Expected Results:  
Closed with no errors!!  :)

No, the only plugin I have installed is Flash.

Reporter, this error-message doesn't help much. Do you have Talkback installed
(the application that starts when a crash occurs)? If you do, can you report us
the Talkback-Id ?

No I do not have Talkback installed (that i know of).  Where can I get it and 
I will install it and give you the ID when it crashes again.

Jason: TalkBack is optional component, you can choose it in Firefox
installation. When Mozilla Firefox crashes, TalkBack will start and collect info
about your crash, then ask you to agree with sending this info to TalkBack
server. Then you have to run talkback.exe from firefox/components directory.
You'll get list of ids, pick relevant one and post its id (string like TB546545)
to this bug.

Could be a duplicate of bug 252331. In that bug description is also flash mentioned.

reporter: Sometimes this "talkback" will not automaticly start after a crash. In
that case, you should locate your firefox directory. In the subdirectory should
be an application called "talkback.exe". Start this once. Firefox should start
this application next time if it crashes.
