See steps to reproduce.  Complete absence of Firefox print option in Print
dialog to allow controlling which frames print, to customize headers and footers
and/or to turn headers and/or footers on or off.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select File, Page Setup and will see only standard Mac OS Page Setup options
2. Section File, Print and there is no "Foxfire" option dropdown for webpage
print configuration options (such as frames, headers/footers (on/off or
customization, etc.)
"Firefox" option including "frames" is a dup of Bug 205974.
headers/footers configuration is a dup of Bug 202014.
