There are a few resizable dialogs which do not have a resize handle graphic in
the lower right.  The ones I've been able to find are "Bookmark This Page",
"Options", and "Page Info".

Add the two cookie related dialogs, "Stored Cookies" and "Exceptions" too the list.

Allowed Sites (to install software)
Allowed Sites (to show popups)
Certificate Manager
Change Master Password
Choose Folder (when moving bookmarks in Bookmarks Manager)
Customize Character Encoding
Customize Toolbar
Device Manager
DOM Inspector
Exceptions (allowed sites to load images)
JavaScript Console
Languages and Character Encoding
Manage CRLs
Mozilla Firefox Help
Password Manager
Plug-Ins
Set Home Page (when using bookmark as home page in Options)

I don't believe the default theme shows the resize grippy on any windows now, on purpose.
